Please note because of Covid-19 we will not be shipping any items out at the moment, we are still taking orders but these will not be shipped out until it is safe to do so and we can get back to business. We hope you can understand and all stay safe. 

£6.99 Standard UK Delivery 

We are committed to making this process as easy as possible for you ensuring you receive your items safely. We ship with DHL Parcels Uk next day and we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days of your order leaving our store. All deliveries require a signature and can only be sent to the address stated at checkout. If a delivery is failed after three times your parcel will be sent back to us and we would need to charge postage to re-send this to you, failing that we will refund you for the products minus the postage. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address.

In the unlikely event of any circumstances that may affect delivery time such as bad weather, courier issues etc we will communicate with you. 

If an item is out of stock we will communicate with you as soon as and offer you an alternative or advise when the product is back in stock. 

In the event an item has been ordered in specifically the delivery estimation will be stated in product description or in your order confirmation. 

We currently ship within UK only however If you live outside of the UK please contact us and we may be able to quote you for delivery dependent on the location. 

We try to recycle as many boxes as possible to do our bit for the environment but we can ensure we still package our items securely.



We hope you love your new purchases however we understand that sometimes they may not be suitable. If this is the case please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure goods are returned intact and in the same condition as when they were received, un-used, un-washed and in their original packaging with any product tags still attached.

Parcels are returned at your own cost and for your own security please ensure that you obtain proof of posting or despatch and obtain appropriate insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Once goods have been received we will process your refund minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

If an Item has arrived faulty please contact us immediately and obtain photographic evidence so we can contact couriers. 

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
